Instructions and Use of Whirlpack Bags

Using the Whirlpack bag as a an emergency water bag is pretty simple and straight forward.

1st: Remove the sterile strip at the top of the bag along the perforated line.

Next: Fill the bag 2/3rds full. The 27 ounce bag will have one (1) quart or one (1) liter of water. The 36 ounce bag will have 5 cups.

If the water is non-potable add your purification pills following the manufacturer's instructions.

Finally: Squeeze out the excess air and roll the top down three times. Twist the ends of the wire tabs together like you would a bread bag and it will form a handle.

NOTE: While the gusseted bottom allows the bag to stand upright don't leave your water open and standing alone. The bag may tip and you will lose your water.
