These are Whirlpack laboratory sample bags but we've put them to new use as an emergency water storage bag and they are the bees knees.
Made from 3 or 4 Mil (depending in size) FDA approved food grade plastic these bags are unbreakable, compact and have a gusseted bottom to help them stand upright.
You'll be hard pressed to find a better, tougher bag for your survival kit. And don't let the price fool you. These bags are rugged. We offer them in both 27 ounce (798 ml) and 36 ounce (1,065 ml) sizes.
The top of the bag has a sterile seal and an aluminum wire tab that is manufactured into the bag. The ends of the wire tab are covered to prevent the wire from puncturing the bag or scatching you.
Not only do they make a great emergency water bag but they work just as well as a dry bag, too!
