A more modern Scandinavian carving knife from Frosts. The blade is 3 1/8" (79mm) long, and shaped for fine carving. The core of the laminated carbon blade is hardened to 61 - 62 on the Rockwell C scale for the finest of edges. The plastic handle has a textured surface for improved grip, and there's a hint of a guard to keep inexperienced fingers off the blade. It's supplied with a functional plastic sheath.
