The 73-164 and the 73-164PS are the same knives with different sheaths (the PS stands for Plastic Sheath). It is a small woodcarving knife for children. It has a small handle (3.5 inches) sized for a youngsters' hands. The blade is made of carbon steel. It has a nice, large, stamped metal gaurd to keep their inexperienced fingers off the blade and a nice quality leather sheath.
